We are looking to appoint a Learning Coach to support student learning, achievement and progress. Applicants will need a particular skills set to undertake this role as innovation, creativity, flexibility, hard work and a commitment to the Highworth ethos is essential.  This is a new role and is an exciting opportunity to be part of a developing provision in our AEN team. 

The successful applicant will be responsible for driving up standards for children eligible for the Pupil Premium Grant and will be required to undertake a variety of roles in supporting pupil achievement across the school. Experience of working with students with Dyslexia type difficulties as well as other learning needs is desirable.

This post is for 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus staff development days), offered on Kent Range 5 £17,651 - £19,414 pro rata (actual £15,034 - £16,542).

Highworth Grammar School is an over-subscribed 11 – 18, selective girls’ school of 1534 students with 446 students in the Sixth Form (80 boys). We are situated in the South East of England, with excellent transport links to both the rest of Kent and London.
