PART TIME RECEPTIONIST

12pm to 4.15pm each day term-time only

Salary in the range £7,133 - £7,568 pa according to experience

We are seeking to employ an experienced part time receptionist to provide a first-class front of house service in this busy school. Duties will include taking all telephone calls to the school's main line and recording messages where appropriate, dealing with enquiries at the school's reception desk, answering email enquiries.

The successful candidate will:

  • have experience of reception duties preferably within a school
  • have the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • be proficient in the use of IT with a good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
