MATERNITY COVER SCHOOL RECEPTIONIST

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time materinity cover receptionist, working term-time only, to start as soon as possible with an ending date of Easter 2018. The successful applicant will be expected to work from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday(with a 30-minute lunch break each day).

We are seeking a receptionist to be the first point of contact for all visitors.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to react to a busy and varied workload, whilst maintaining a calm and professional demeanour. Candidates must be able to prioritise their work in a pressured environment. The ability to relate well to children and adults is essential.

Ideally, candidates should have a good basic knowledge of IT and keyboard skills, with working knowledge of Word and Excel.

A knowledge of SIMS will be a distinct advantage.

Visits to the school are highly recommneded, please ask to speak to Mrs Phillips to arrange a visit.

The position is subject to completion of a DBS check and recieving 2 references prior to starting in the position.
