We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in a combined role of 25 hours as a TA (KR3) and 5 hours a week (KR2) as a Midday Supervisor. The position is within a Key Stage 2 class, as well as outside the classroom providing interventions for individuals and small groups where appropriate. Previous experience of holding a TA post would be an advantage.

The successful candidate would be required to support pupils during learning activities and contribute to the management of pupil behaviour, establish and maintain relationships with individual pupils and groups and to review and develop their own professional practice. Please indicate within your application any experience or training you may have had to run specific interventions.

We are looking for a candidate who is willing to work hard, has very high expectations of themselves and others and works well in a team.
