An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher to compliment our team. 

The successful candidate will be:

• Passionate about working with children
• Creative, Innovative and proactive
• Able to following the children's interests both inside and outside whilst maximising the learning opportunities in literacy and numeracy.
• Aware of how young children learn best and can skilfully use the children's interests to plan their next steps

In addition, they will have 

• The ability to be a team player
• A sense of humour
• A clear understanding of the Early Years Curriculum. 

We can offer small class size (max 15), a friendly school, which is constantly moving forward, with great children and a very supportive team working in partnership with our local community. 

Our Early Years environment has been highly praised and results have been above national averages for the last two years.

High Halden Church of England Primary School is a small, friendly school which has served the local community since 1868. We have a team of dedicated and committed teachers, support staff and governors and a strong relationship with our local church and community. The behaviour and attitudes displayed by our pupils are very good and we work closely with parents to provide the best possible opportunities for our children. We are proud of our positive and caring ethos through which all our pupils are encouraged to reach their full potential.
