This is a senior post which requires ambition and a commitment to further development. We have a strong belief in developing staff and a commitment to ensure that we grow outstanding teachers and future leaders.

MANAGEMENT RELEASE TIME IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS POST.

This postholder will have responsibility for the teachers, classes and children in his/ her team and will be required to lead a core curriculum area or ICT. This role will also have a strategic role in developing collaborative links with other schools and in securing and developing local community relationships. This role will be responsible for key school improvement areas and will line manage and performance manage two teachers.

Our school is a successful, thriving community. It has grown from 5 classes to a vibrant and successful primary school with 315 pupils. The school is set in delightful grounds and benefits from a completely modernised, bright and attractive building. Technology at the school is good, every classroom being equipped with interactive smartboards as well as tablets, iPads, kindles and laptops.

The school budget is healthy and allows staff to plan exciting real life learning for the children both on and off site.
