The Governors of Yalding CEP School wish to appoint a qualified teacher with a passion for music. This exciting post offers the opportunity to teach music, across the Primary age range in this highly popular village school, for 1½ or 2 days a week from September 2017.

Through music, you will impact positively on the life of the school by:

  • Teaching music lessons to whole classes across the school
  • Developing opportunities for performance and supporting musical productions
  • Leading singing with different sized groups from our choir, to the whole school

Information about the school

Yalding St Peter and St Paul CEP School is a village primary in a beautiful rural setting which has good links with the local community. We were recently graded as a good school, by Ofsted, in January 2019 and by SIAMS in March 2019. We currently have 163 children on roll, which are currently organised into 7 single age group classes with approximately 24 pupils in a class.
Our vision is to provide a caring and engaging learning environment which nurtures the well-being and aspirations of all members of the school community. Through our values of Love, Respect and Responsibility, we enable everyone to flourish personally, morally, spiritually and academically- embracing “Life In All Its Fullness”.
