An exciting opportuity has arisen at Holy Trinity for an outstanding, energetic and inspirational EYFS or KS1 Teacher to join our successsful team.

Are you an Early Years specialist who has a fantastic knowledge of early childhood development and continuous provision? We are looking for someone who is  passionate about teaching and can join our fun, friendly and exciting team to make a difference to the education of all children.

We are dedicated to providing a child centred learning approach and we are looking for someone who can fully understand the importance of learning through play and discovery.

We are looking for someone who;

• can continue to develop outstanding practice
• has high expectations of all children and staff
• is flexible to working across both Year R and Year 1
• is experienced in creating engaging indoor and outdoor environments which support childrens learning and developlment
• is highly motivated to developing positive relationships with children, staff  and parents
• has a commitment to the benefits of outdoor learning and is happy to be outside in all weathers
• has a great sense of humour.

The successful candidate will need to be an excellent practitioner and a supportive team player who is willing to share ideas and expertise across the school. They will need to have a clear vision for their part in raising standards and be able to engage, motivate and support pupils, staff and parents, with enthusiasm and sensitivity.

Holy Trinity is a diverse and welcoming community. It is a vibrant and purposeful primary school with over 400 pupils. The school is a caring, Christian school at the heart of a thriving community, and lies on the outskirts of Dartford. The school embraces all of the National Curriculum and enjoys the support of Cornerstone Curriculum. The school supports and allows staff to plan exciting real life learning for the children both on and off site. There are fourteen classes with a dedicated team of teaching assistants who provide professional support for the children's learning. The staff team are friendly, supportive and diverse and we enjoy working as a team. The schools last Ofsted inspection was February 2023 where we maintained our Good judgement and at the SIAMS inspection In July 2017 received an outstanding judgement in all areas . Governors and the Leadership Team value the continued professional development of all staff, and are committed to supporting the well-being of the school whole community.
