We require a Business Manager from September 2017, to be paid on Kent Range 8/9 (£24473 to £32078) dependant on experience, for 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year.

Due to the retirement of our Business Manager we seek to appoint a person:

To provide professional leadership for the administration and estate affairs of the school.
To ensure provision of high quality customer and school service.
To enhance the effectiveness of the school support function to achieve improved standards of learning and achievement in the school and within the teaching school alliance.
To promote high standards of business ethos within the administrative function to ensure the most effective use of resources in support of the school's learning objectives.
To provide financial planning and monitoring of a budget of approximately £1.5m.
To hold stakeholders accountable to school policies particularly those surrounding safeguarding.

We are looking for a person who has a proven track record of:

High quality skills in the areas listed above
Self motivation and enthusiasm
Making a difference and being fully involved and committed to the life of the school, working as part of a forward thinking, positive team of professionals.
Exceptional organisation skills with good attention to detail.
Ability to negotiate best values and outcomes for the school.
Understanding how to build and support an effective team.

Securing the highest quality provision of services.

Monday 24 April, 9.30am.

Tuesday 25 April, 1.45pm.
