  • A teacher able to teach any year group in Key Stage 2.
  • Applications from NQT’s and MPS teachers whose lessons have been graded as consistently good or better are equally welcome regardless of your curriculum speciality and experience.

Information about the school

Kennington CE Academy is 3 form entry (12 classes) for Key stage 2 of 360 pupils, situated in North Ashford and serving a mixed community of children who are enthusiastic about learning and their school.

We have strong relationships with our feeder Infant school, Downs View and The Towers, our nearest high school. Our church school status has led us to develop close links with the local parish church. We are sponsored by Aquila, the Diocese of Canterbury Academies Trust (www.aquilatrust.co.uk)

Kennington CE Academy is committed to safeguarding children and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all trustees, staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
