We are looking a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant to become part of our inspirational and vibrant team.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, imaginative and motivated HLTA to help us continue our journey of improvement.

Featherby Juniors is a three form entry junior school in Gillingham.  We pride ourselves on our warm and welcoming ethos with a focus on the best possible learning for our children.  With dedicated staff and enthusiastic pupils, we are a school which is looking forward to developing and become even more successful for our community.  

 

We are looking for a special individual whose role will include the following:

 

  • Supporting the pupils on a daily basis throughout all subjects
  • Planning and preparing lessons and activities
  • Encouraging and supporting children through the use of different learning techniques
  • Assisting the teachers with general duties
  • Providing a safe and comfortable place of learning

The successful candidate will:

 

  • be a qualified HLTA
