VACANCY DESCRIPTION

The Governors are seeking to appoint a dynamic, creative and highly motivated teacher to support the strategic development of our school. This post is an exciting opportunity for anyone aspiring to headship and involves a mixture of class teaching and leadership time.

  • Excellent classroom practice with high expectations of learning and behaviour
  • Are able to support the strong Christian ethos of the school
  • The ability to work in partnership with the Headteacher and leadership team to support the strategic development of the school
  • The personality and leadership skills to motivate and inspire a dedicated staff
  • Some management experience, good organisational and interpersonal skills
