We are seeking to appoint an excellent and experienced full time EYFS qualified teacher to lead our Reception team from September 2017. 

You will have the opportunity to lead a creative and forward thinking team who put children's learning and wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.

If you are passionate about children's learning, committed to developing Outstanding Early Years practice, a good communicator and are looking to embark on an exciting leadership opportunity, then this role is for you!

We require you to be:-

• A fully qualified teacher with QTS.
• A reflective, caring practitioner, with a proven record of excellent practice.
• Someone who has a secure current working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment procedures.
• An inspiring role model who motivates and nurtures our children's wellbeing and development.
• A resourceful person who can support the creation of exciting and stimulating communication friendly spaces in all areas of the Reception classrooms.
• A calm communicator, who can work skillfully within our school team and with families.
• An ability to inspire and motivate an established team.
