We are looking for a dynamic member of staff to join our very talented team of SEND Teaching Assistants.  The role involves working to facilitate the provision for a Y3 child with severe learning difficulties including some physical disabilities. 

The child's provision is already very carefull mapped out and there are opportunities to work with some experienced members of staff to 'learn the ropes'!  You would work closely with the SENCo and class teacher to include the child in whole class activities where possible and will have some specific interventions to run on a 1:1 basis.

This is a full time role (30 hours per week) but we are happy to consider applicatnts looking for part time work as part of a jobshare Please be clear about your preference in your application.  Please be advised that this role is linked directly to the child's individual provision and subject to the continued successful application of High Needs Funding; it is therefore a fixed term rolling contract each year.

We take safeguarding our children extremely seriously and so applicatnts to this role will be subject to the usual rigerous DBS and reference checks.
