We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hard working and friendly team player to our committed and supportive KS2 team. We are a good school, with a positive and supportive ethos. Children say they are happy to come to school and enjoy working with staff who are fair, help them know how they can improve their work, and make learning fun.

The successful candidate will be child centred and creative with high expectations for all learners. If you would like to work with our polite, motivated and well behaved children, in a well resourced school we would like to hear from you.

Teachers who are able to deliver consistent high quality practice are welcome to apply for this teaching position.  We are a supportive team with effective induction for all new members of staff and ensure all staff have continuing professional development.

All staff beyond their NQT year lead in a subject area so please specify your stregths and interests in regards to this.

Sandling is a popular, high achieving, 2 form entry primary school in the north of Maidstone.

The school is well resourced with many facilities including: a library, computing suite and extensive grounds with a wildlife and outdoor learning area. We offer a wide variety of clubs for children to enrich their learning.

We had a one day OFSTED inspection in Feb 2020 with a good outcome which confirmed our high expectations and standards.

With easy access from the M20, and being situated less than 3 miles from Maidstone centre, the school is easily accessible by road.
