Maundene Primary School, in collaboration with the Inspire Partnership, are keen to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who is committed to ensuring that every child achieves their full potential.

The children at Maundene Primary School need an inspirational leader who truly understands how to enthuse and motivate children to aspire to be 'even better tomorrow than they are today'.

We would welcome an experienced and inspirational leader who will:

• have a clear understanding of teaching and learning and how children learn best
• be an excellent teacher with the ability to ensure your high standards are replicated throughout your phase and the school
• be responsible for the attainment and progress, quality of teaching and learning and behaviour across the school
• be committed to children enjoying and engaging in their learning whilst being challenged
• be an instrumental part of the senior leadership team and make a significant contribution to the strategic development and direction of the school
• have experience of leading people, developing their expertise and holding to account
• lead and manage staff making the best use of individual skills and holding to account.
• inspire and motivate staff to do their best for the children of the school
