Trips and Visits Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover)

Kent Scheme, Kent Range 5

£17,651-£19,414 per annum pro rata (equating to £15,958-£17,552 per annum)

Full Time 37 hours per week - Term Time plus 4 additional weeks

Required for May 2017

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and innovative colleague to join our team of committed professionals for this maternity cover.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the organisation of school trips and visits and to administer the School’s Private Funds Manager software (PFM).  They will also, be required to undertake other administrative and support duties within the finance office.  Experience of this or a related role in a school setting would be an advantage, but not essential.

 

Maidstone Grammar School for Girls is a very successful selective girls’ school of over 1220 students with a mixed sixth form of approximately 360.
