SCHOOL SECRETARY/CLERICAL ASSISTANT

We are seeking a capable, experienced, and self-motivated person to provide a high level of administrative service and support to the Headteacher, Office Manager and Staff.

Previous school experience is preferable for this post, including a knowledge of schools’ computer systems, in particular SIMS.net.

The successful applicant would need to demonstrate:

• excellent interpersonal skills

• ability to work on own initiative and prioritise

• good keyboard and clerical skills, including Word and Excel

• ability to be methodical, well-organised and observe confidentiality

• a sense of humour!

This post is for 35 hours (8.15am to 3.45pm term time only) at KR4 £16,968- £17,826 pro rata.
