Petham Pre-School Playgroup are looking to appoint a highly experienced, enthusiastic and confident Pre-School Manager. The role is for the start of Term 1, September 2017. Preferably a hand over period will take place this can be discussed at interview.

The hours are 30 hours per week. You Must hold a minimum of NVQ level 3 in childcare and be supported by at least two years managerial experience or a very competent deputy who has undertaken managerial roles/responsibilities. 

Set in a beautiful rural setting the Pre-School has a small but dedicated team of staff who are committed to providing high-quality childcare and early years learning.

The ideal candidate will be someone with the same commitment and leadership skills to support and guide staff, with effective communication and motivation skills.

If you have a sound knowledge of the EYFS, understand Funding and the day to day needs of a setting and you are looking for a new and exciting opportunity then we would love to hear from you.

The interview process consists of a practical/observational assessment and an informal interview.
