Our team of teachers and Therapists work closely together to deliver a therapy informed curriculum within a safe, stimulating, personalised and nurturing learning environment. We strongly believe that children and young people can learn and move forward in their educational journey when their emotional, social, and cognitive needs are appropriately supported.

Caldecott School is set in a 24 acre site near Ashford, Kent and offers an exciting curriculum which is individualised to meet the needs of our students and includes Forest School, outdoor learning and a number of vocational courses - catering, construction, land based studies and hairdressing. Our holistic approach is underpinned by our Relational Model and has a therapeutic approach at its core designed to build trusting supportive relationships and address barriers to learning so that all of our students can achieve their full potential.

Our school is part of the Caldecott Foundation which is a well established charity that also provides residential care and fostering services. We have an exceptional track record delivering the highest quality of care and education and Ofsted agree having rated 8 out of our 10 services as ‘Outstanding’ as of May 2022. Caldecott School is currently rated ‘Good’.

It is an exciting time to join our team as we continue our plans to increase the number of students that we support as well as develop new courses and experiences for our students including a town farm where students can study animal husbandry.
