St Simon Stock Catholic School is situated in the beautiful county of Kent with easy access to London, the Channel Coast and the Continent. We are ranked 154th out of 6235 schools nationally, which places us in the top 2.46% of all schools nationally. We are the highest achieving non-selective school in Kent. We are in the top 3% nationally at GCSE and in the top 3 schools in Kent at A level for pupil progress.

 

The Mathematics department is a high achieving department in our school at both GCSE and A Level, including Further Mathematics. We are looking for a teacher who can make a significant contribution to this strong and successful department. Teaching to Further Mathematics would be an advantage. The position will provide good opportunities for those who want to enter into the profession as well as for those with some teaching experience.

St Simon Stock Catholic School is a Catholic secondary school located in Maidstone, Kent and part of the Kent Catholic Schools’ Partnership (KCSP). This multi-academy trust (MAT), established by the Archdiocese of Southwark for Catholic education across Kent, currently comprises of 26 academies (21 primary and 5 secondary schools).

St Simon Stock is an over-subscribed, co-educational, high achieving school with a long tradition of academic success. We have over 1100 students on roll, including over 200 in Sixth Form and a staff of almost 100.
