This is an excellent opportunity for an expert educational practitioner. Bring all your experience and determination to the Kent Catholic Schools’ Partnership and you will discover the perfect platform for new successes - both your own, and those of the academies that you support and challenge.

We are a multi-academy trust for Catholic schools in Kent. Today, 17 of our 22 academies are primary. Your role is all about helping them be the very best they can be, so that all children thrive. You will be the latest member of a Trust team dedicated to working with Headteachers and senior leaders to be their very best for their pupils and colleagues.

Those leaders will value your experience, expertise, energy and enthusiasm as you guide them to develop academies to be increasingly outstanding. Here, challenge is welcomed. Ours is a genuinely collaborative enterprise, dedicated to the academic, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing of children and all those working to support them.

We will look to you to facilitate appropriate support packages to achieve sustained and, where necessary, rapid improvement. Your mission is to help levels of achievement continue to rise, securing pupil outcomes that exceed national, regional and local expectations. From planning and lesson observations through to work scrutiny and pupil data, your work will have a huge and positive impact on the lives and futures of children, families and communities.

A qualified and experienced teacher, you will have a successful primary track record in a senior leadership role. You will have a demonstrable ability to establish a positive and motivational performance culture, and forge influential partnerships to achieve common goals. Naturally, you will bring your own flair to the role and crucially, a commitment to our shared Gospel values.
