Would you like to start your career in a small , supportive school where class sizes are favourable and you'll get to know every child in school very well? This is your chance as , sadly, our EYFS teacher is moving away, leaving a vacancy for an inventive, exciting teacher who wants to make a difference to the life chances and learning of a lovely group of 17 small bundles of enthusiasm. Not only will you be joining us, but so will they (but we have all sorts of flexible approaches that will allow everyone to settle in quickly and harmoniously!). You will be supported with two additional members of staff (wow! what a staff ratio!)

Our school is not only friendly but well resourced, recently inspected and very popular in the community. You will need to work hard though - this isn't a job for the faint hearted - but you will have the full support of an experienced, loyal and friendly staff team, adorable children and keen Governing body.

Information about the school

Eastling School is a charming rural village school with a roll of around 100 children aged between 4 and 11 years old. It has an excellent, dedicated staff team who support children to do their best both academically and in non-curriculum areas; fantastic resources(including two mini-buses for the numerous trips every child benefits from, large field and outdoor activity equipment). Supportive parents and Governors complete the picture.
