Milton Court is part of the REAch2 academy chain and therefore belongs to a national professional learning community within a pioneering and values-driven family of schools.

The is a new role in the school and requires an ability to regularly monitor and analyse data, communicate with a range of children, parents and colleagues in a positive, professional, appropriate manner and to identify the impact of actions taken for the benefit of all our children.

This would include daily phone calls to obtain information about absences, tracking of improvement/decline in children’s attendance, communicating with outside agencies regarding specific cases and producing daily/weekly reports and case studies to school leaders concerning the attendance of vulnerable groups and the whole school. A successful candidate would also be expected to produce action plans alongside the leadership of the school to continually drive, promote and reward good attendance.

Applicants are encouraged to visit the school for an informal tour and discussion. Please contact the school for further information.
