‘Every Child, Every Lesson, Every Day’

Due to the retirement of a member of our team, an exciting opportunity has arisen within our friendly and dedicated administration department.

The successful candidate will provide general finance administrative support to facilitate the efficient and effective use of the school budget, so experience in the area of finance would be an advantage, as would experience of working within a busy school administration department, with knowledge of working with Capita’s FMS accounting module.

The main duties of the post include; processing orders and payment of invoices, checking stock levels, placing orders where necessary, checking incoming deliveries and arranging for distribution to department, responsibility for petty cash, counting and banking cash and entering income and expenditure on the schools finance system.

Due to the nature of the role an ability to manage your own workload to ensure that accounting deadlines are met is essential.
