Advert

IT Administrator for Primary Schools

Required as soon as possible

Swale Academies Trust Grade 6 (£19,414 - £21,296 per annum)

This is a full time, year round role

The successful applicant will work across multiple primary schools providing regular site visits to maintain and improve computer systems and services.

A wide range of technical skills are required, including networking, server, client, group policy, SIMS, AV, tablet and office support.

The successful applicant will be organised but flexible and the ability to work as part of a team is essential. We require a proactive and engaging individual to provide key support in our expanding and dynamic multi-academy trust.  This may suit ambitious individuals seeking progression from an existing school IT technician role.

The role will be based at the Trust Central offices in Sittingbourne, however regular attendance at, and travel between school schools will be involved, therefore the postholder will need to have their own form of transport which will allow them to meet this requirement.

Please be aware that this post is not based at the school, therefore interested applicants should contact the Trust, details below.

Recruitment packs are available online (www.swaleacademiestrust.org.uk) or from the Trust at the address below.

Candidates should familiarise themselves with the requirements of the person specification and job description and should include a letter detailing how they meet these requirements. Please note, we cannot accept CVs without an application form.

For an informal discussion regarding the post, please contact Mr A Prenter, Trust IT Manager, 01795 426091
