We require a proficient, enthusiastic and highly motivated School Secretary to join our successful school office team. This post will suit a candidate with proven secretarial and administrative experience, who works well in a busy environment, enjoys finding solutions and who is willing to work as part of a team. This is an opportunity to work in a thriving, happy school community.

This position is a fixed term position to cover long term absence. Mon - Thursday 8:30 - 3:30pm

This post would suit a strong team player who is happy to work alongside a colleague ensuring there is a smooth transfer of information.

We are looking for:

  • Someone who is adaptable and works well in an ever changing environment.
  • Someone with experience of school data systems such as SIMS/ School Comms.
  • Someone with experience of school administration and possibly school finance.
  • Someone who has excellent IT and communication skills.

This school and all its personnel are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young persons. The post is subject to a DBS check and the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Additionally, all appointemnts will be subject to the receipt of satisfactory references.
