We have the following vacancy:

 

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, self-motivated and skilled individual Administrative Assistant to join the busy administration team at our friendly school. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required together with a calm, positive and professional approach. The successful applicant will be well organised, proactive and resilient.

 

You will be responsible for providing administrative support with student admissions, work experience, educational visits, organising events and a varied range of clerical and administrative support to the school.

 

You must have excellent interpersonal skills along with a good sense of humour and an ability to maintain confidentiality.

 

Applicants should be computer literate (Microsoft Office) and have a good working knowledge of SIMS. The environment is diverse and fast-changing so the ability to prioritise and work under pressure is essential, as well as maintaining discretion when dealing with confidential matters. The successful candidate will be a team player who will be able to work successfully on their own, demonstrating true initiative and experience of working in a school.

 

Offer of appointment is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure and the receipt of two satisfactory references.
