Northdown Primary School is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support in lower Key Stage 2.

The successful applicant will work alongside the SENCO and class teacher.

We would like to appoint someone who:

Salary KR3 - £15,102  to £16,799 (pro rata)

Hours 8.30am to 3.30pm - 38 weeks per year

Some experience in working with pupils who have ASD or other specific learning difficulties would be desirable. Visits to the school are welcome.

Our Primary school was established as an Academy by The Kemnal Academies Trust in 2012. We are one of a number of Primary schools supported by TKAT across the South East of England.

Working within a Multi-Academy Trust, we are in a privileged position to collaborate with other schools and receive the first-hand experience of immediate and significant teacher training which enables us to be innovative in our approaches to 21st-century teaching practice.
