A successful, independent boarding and day school for girls, seeks an experienced PA to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Headmaster. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Outlook, and must be able to take notes of meetings and generate minutes accurately and swiftly. Confident communication skills are a must. Good working knowledge of SIMS would be an advantage.

Salary up to £21,000pa pro-rata, dependent on skills and experience, for a 48-week contract inclusive of 4 weeks’ holidays to be taken during school holidays. Hours will be 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid lunch break of 1 hour. Benefits include life assurance, contributory pension scheme and a two-course lunch each day.
