We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, creative and dynamic Deputy Headteacher with proven teaching, managerial and interpersonal skills who will share our vision, passion and enthusiasm for learning.

The successful candidate will be joining a well resourced, successful, forward looking school with a happy, friendly, supportive and welcoming team of staff and governors.

In support of our aim to provide our children with an excellent education our Deputy will need to be:

• an inspirational leader with excellent managerial and interpersonal skills

• an excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for teaching and learning

• a team player with vision and creativity who is able to motivate staff and pupils

• able to promote high standards of work and behaviour

• a person who has high expectations of themselves and others and enjoys school life
