An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager. The Office Manager’s role is critical to the smooth running of the school

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and on paper. They must be reliable and enjoy all aspects of organisational and administrative work. He/She should be enthusiastic, organised, pro-active and a multi-tasker who is able to provide a wide range of administrative support to the school as a whole. The ideal candidate will be confident in using in Excel, Word and Publication software and be familiar with or be willing to be trained on the school’s information management system (SIMS).

Due to the scope of the role, the ability to prioritise and remain flexible whilst maintaining excellent service standards is absolutely essential.

8am-4:30pm-5 days a week 

Experience of Office Management or working in a school would be advantageous.
