ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT AND PA TO THE PRINCIPAL

 

 

For February 2017 Shatterlocks Infant and Nursery School requires a competent secretary with commitment, enthusiasm, excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of organisational skills to work in a very busy office. Duties are wide ranging to provide administrative support to the staff; ensure that students records on SIMs are maintained; to produce letters and manage trips and policies and to support pupils as required.

 

Enthusiastic candidates are required and should hold with Mathematics and English to GCSE Grade C or equivalent (certificates will need to be shown at interview upon appointment) and secretarial/administrative qualifications would be desirable.

 

Ofsted said: "Pupils make good progress through their time in the school" and "Children make an outstanding start to their education in the Early Years Foundation Stage and develop a love of learning".

 

Kent Range 5 (£17651 pro rata) 37 hours per week, 44 weeks per year. Annual leave is not to be taken during the term and will therefore be paid in addition to salary. Pro rata equates to approximately £14,893.91 per annum inclusive of annual leave entitlement.
