Advert

Craylands is looking for a 1:1 learning support assistant, experienced in SEN learning support to enable a pupil in Early Years with specific challenging behavioural and learning difficulties to succeed.

If you are experienced with working with pupils with challenging behavioural needs and are looking to develop your career, we would welcome your application.

The post is fixed-term, until the end of this academic year, with the possibility of extending the contract, for 31.83 hours per week, term time only, working between 8.30 a.m. and 3.20 p.m. including 30 minutes lunchtime supervision. The salary is pro rata on Kent Range 3 to £15,102.

We are looking for an immediate start or as soon as possible; the child will not be in school full days immediately so there will be an opportunity to work with other pupils in EYFS.

If you are friendly, patient, flexible and organised and are able to respond calmly yet firmly when confronted with challenging behaviour and feel you can offer the qualities we are looking for, please apply online using the support staff application form or telephone the school for an application pack.

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
