We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly, creative and caring team.

You will work closely with the class teacher to support a Year 3 child with Additional Educational Needs on a 1 to 1 basis.

This is a term-time only fixed term contract based upon the child's attendance at school, subject to funding.  The hours will be between 15-27.5 hours per week depending on need and funding.  Hours will be confirmed prior to interview. 

You will be expected to plan, organise, support, extend and enrich the lives of children.  You will be aware of the importance of the learning environment and play a full part in developing and maintaining this to support the children's learning.  You will use your initiative and be a reliable team player.

Applicants must have a GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) in both English and maths.

Applicants must also have substantial recent experience of working in a school setting.
