We are looking to recruit an Intervention Coach working with the Maths Faculty and the Science Faculty, working with small groups of students providing planned interventions in the specific subject area, ensuring that the students make progress.

Key responsibilities will involve:

• To be assigned to targetted groups of students

• Delivering a planned intervention in a gi8ven timeframe

• Monitoring the progress of students and evaluating the effectivenss of the intervention

• Writing specific individua; support plans as necessary

 • Covering lessons when the teacher is absent in their particular subject area

Applicants will be educated to Degree level and hold at least an A Level qualification in specific subject area. 

Ideally you will have have previous experience of working with young people and a strong desire and genuine commitment to improving young people’s educational experience.

You should be able to build effective and positive working relationships and have excellent communication skills.
