‘Every Child, Every Lesson, Every Day’

Are you passionate about making a difference, with the possibility of career progression into other routes within education? If so then a Teaching Assistant role at our school could be the perfect opportunity for you as many of our Teaching Assistants go on to a career in teaching.

The hours are 30 per week, although these could be flexible for the right candidates.

Successful candidates should be good and effective communicators with both students and adults, friendly and approachable, adaptable, able to work on their own initiative and with good time management skills.

A flexible approach is essential in order to suit the needs of the students as the school grows and develops. A sense of humour also helps!

Successful candidates must have a Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics.

Informal visits are encouraged as this would give an opportunity to meet our special educational needs and student welfare departments and talk to existing Teaching Assistants about their experiences.

The closing date for applications is 27th January 2017 at 12 noon.  Interviews will be held on 3rd February 2017.
