Deputy Headteacher required for April 2016: Leadership scale  L9 - L13.

Brunswick House is looking to appoint a highly motivated and talented non-teaching Deputy Headteacher who can enrich and enhance the opportunities for all our children. Commitment to attaining the absolute best for our pupils is at the very heart of our beliefs.

*Possess exceptional leadership skills and will continue to build on existing high standards in partnership with the headteacher and governing body;

*Be an exemplary practitioner, confident to lead by example and setting high standards for all;

*Relish creative thinking and demonstrate those exceptional and highly sought-after inter-personal skills that inspire, motivate and develop others;

*Demonstrate experience and high levels of expertise around Inclusion and Safeguarding, including the rigororus tracking and monitoring of vulnerable groups;

*Have proven leadership experience, demonstrating clearly how you have successfully led improvements in the primary setting.
