We require a successful senior leader with a very strong record of school improvement, to lead on teaching and learning across the school.

Applicants should possess excellent communication skills with proven strengths in engaging with, inspiring and motivating the whole school community. The successful candidate will have the ability and courage to drive improvements across teaching and learning and create a coherent school strategy.

Additionally, the candidate will be hard working, flexible and professional, have high expectations of students, colleagues and self, displaying energy and enthusiasm in and out of the classroom.

A willingness to contribute to other areas of school life would be welcome.
