We are looking to appoint a part time caretaker .

The hours of work are 2 hours per day. This is a 10 hr a week, term time only position.

The role includes responsibility for:

Site Security

General maintenance, repairs, cleaning

Regular fire, water and alarm tests

 

The successful candidate will have previous experience of building maintenance and knowledge of basic plumbing, joinery, electrical and decorating repair.

Have you a ‘can do’ approach?

We are seeking applicants that can act on their own initiative, dealing with any unexpected problems that may arise.

Have you a thorough knowledge of related Health & Safety Regulations, including COSHH and Risk Assessment and how they apply in a school environment?

Location: Ashford, Kent, UK - Finberry Primary School is a growing primary school - A large, purpose-built site in Finberry Village, the school has an on-site nursery for 2,3 and 4 year olds and also hosts a Specialist Resource Provision dedicated for children with a primary need type of Autism.
