Can you turn your hand to anything and work without supervision? Then this post may be for you!

 Can you demonstrate the following qualities, skills and experience: 

  • A love of children and the determination to provide the best possible school for them.
  • Able to use your initiative and prioritise your workload.
  • Have good DIY skills.
  • Previous experience either in a school or other caretaking capacity (not essential).
  • Be flexible, fun and energetic.
  • Be able to respond to call outs quickly and access the school site within a few minutes.

Kent Range 2 (min £14,277 pro rata); 5-10 hours a week plus out of hours call outs.

Ashford Oaks has extensive facilities and a Special Resource Provision. We are looking for a skilled and passionate person who naturally cares about our children and has a determination to provide the very best inclusive education and support, whilst recognising the importance of working as a team with staff, parents and community. We also have a Nursery which is an integral part of the school and is the foundation to our children's learning.
