Repton Manor Nursery Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for a caring, fun and expert Early Years Professional to lead and develop our Nursery.

Our school opened in September 2012 with Repton Manor Nursery opening in April 2013. In September 2013, the Nursery received its first Ofsted with a ‘Good’ grading, just 5 months after opening. Due to the relocation of our current Manager, we now seek a skilled leader in our drive towards an ‘Outstanding’ provision for our children who has:

• A love of children and determination to provide the best possible setting
• Flexibility, fun and energy
• A proven track record of leadership and teamwork
• A commitment to inclusion and working with parents and the community
• A thorough knowledge of high quality teaching & learning in the EYFS
• Clear thinking and good at organising systems
• A good knowledge of The Early Years Foundation Stage and the policies and procedures related to good practise.
• EYPS qualification or equivalent/ commitment to complete EYPS or EYT
