We need a teacher for year 5  to join our successful school. We need someone who has passion for teaching, is dedicated to getting the best from our lovely children and enjoys working at a school focused both on standards and well being.

This post is suited to NQTs who are most welcome to apply and will be mentored by an outstanding teacher.  You will have opportunities for training, to observe excellent teaching and work alongside supportive and inspirational staff.   This post could commence in July 2016 for an NQT as part of the induction process.

This post is also suitable for experienced teachers and we would welcome someone to further streghten our excellent teaching.

Information about the school

Canterbury Road Primary School is a one form entry primary school close to Sittingbourne town centre and within easy reach of the M2, M20 and the train station.

We have interested, curious children who love to learn and enjoy coming to school. Our children make excellent progress from their start points and progress & attainment are above national levels at KS2 as they move into their secondary education. We have highly skilled staff who are committed to the development of the whole child and a have an unwavering focus on all pupils achieving their best.

We are very well resourced and have committed staff dedicated to our children and their families.
