Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to teach in a happy, thriving school?  We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative KS1 or KS2 teacher at Sibertswold CE Primary School at Shepherdswell.  We are a popular, successful school with a proven track record of raising attainment, with highly-motivated children and a dedicated, committed staff. 

We are a highly effective school which recognises individual strengths in our staff team and is committed to professional development.   New teachers at Sibertswold are supported through successful induction appropriate to their level of experience.  Teachers benefit from the opportunity to work collaboratively within our staff teams.  Children are also well supported by our great TA team who work closely with our teachers to ensure all children's needs are met.

Recently judged to be Outstanding in our SIAMS Inspection and Good by OFSTED we are looking for someone with passion, and a positive attitude who is keen to help us move the school towards Outstanding.

Information about the school

Shepherdswell CEPS is Federated with Eythorne Elvington School.

We are a mixed gender school in the heart of a village community, with pupils aged between 4 and 11 offering a range of opportunities to parents and children. To support our families, we provide wraparound care from 7:45am to 5:45pm by providing a breakfast and after school club every weekday.

Inclusive Christian values are alive throughout our school as recognised in our SIAMS Inspection in October 2019 and a Good judgement by OFSTED in October 2021.

We continually seek to improve all that we do and work closely with local schools.
