We are seeking an inspiring leader of school improvement to take KCSP to the next level in our journey.

Sharing a commitment to our Catholic ethos, you will bring a breadth and depth of school leadership experience and expertise. This will be an opportunity for you to extend your leadership and showcase your know-how, maximising the incredible potential across our current school leaders. It is a chance to challenge and have your challenges accepted, to support and have your support valued. Your track record will include substantial school leadership, in the primary or secondary sector, or both. You will have delivered tangible and significant school improvement, quite possibly taking a school, or schools, to outstanding, and providing hands-on assistance to others on their school improvement journey. This opportunity is for an experienced serving Headteacher, a senior School Improvement Adviser or a national leader experienced in helping schools be their best and stay there. Most of all you will be a ‘people person’; an excellent communicator, ready to listen, guide and steer, but also able to take tough and timely decisions.

This is a unique opportunity for someone dedicated to educational excellence, understands the importance of strong leadership, and has the energy, enthusiasm and good humour to further develop a Multi Academy Trust that is full of exciting potential.

This post is full-time, including some evening requirements, though flexible working arrangements will apply.

To find out more about this opportunity before applying, please fill in & submit your details below and our Recruitment Partner Rebecca Cox will be in touch. Please do this before Monday 30th May to give our Consultant plenty of time to contact you ahead of the final application closing date of Friday 3rd June. Short listing will be taking place on 8th June and interviews will be held on 22nd & 23rd June.
