An exciting opportunity at an ‘outstanding’ school

We are seeking an efficient, rigorous, well organised high level administrator to lead our Examinations & Data team as soon as possible.

The post-holder will work as the Data & Examinations Manager. The successful candidate will lead and develop the management of the school's Management Information System including; data entry, data manipulation, report administration and the production of the timetable. The second main responsibility of the role will be to lead the Examinations Officer to ensure we deliver an outstanding internal and external examination experience for our students.

You will be a self-starter who is able to manage your workload and be someone with a particular eye for detail. The role will include effective liaison with outside agencies, staff and senior management as well as leading a small team.  A high level of IT proficiency is particularly important and experience with a School MIS such as CMIS or similar data package would be advantageous. You will be willing to develop your existing skills and learn new ones; relevant training will be provided as necessary.

The position is 37 hours per week, 8.00am - 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 4.00pm on a Friday.  This role is offered as either full time or term time only which includes 10 working days during the summer holidays which will include the A Level and GCSE results days in August. The ideal candidate will be confident and have a proven track record of working in a similar role.

Weald of Kent is a selective Girls’ Grammar School for 11-18 year olds with a roll of approximately 2000 students including our co-educational Sixth Form.
