One of our lovely teachers is going to be a Mum!

So we need a maternity cover teacher from Easter to Christmas. There will be an overlap of service until mid May so there will be ample opportunity to get to know the class without being thown in at the deep end!

There is a possibility of permanent employment following this period.

You would be working in a year two class until the end of this academic year. The usual class teacher will be on site in a non contact role so will be able to assist and full induction and handover is assured.

It is likely that in the new academic year you would stay with these children and take them into year 3 or remain in year two to take the new year 2 class.

They are a lovely class in one of our new build classrooms with plenty of space and fabulous resources.

Our school is a successful, thriving community. It has grown from 5 classes to a vibrant and successful primary school with 315 pupils. The school is set in delightful grounds and benefits from a completely modernised, bright and attractive building. Technology at the school is good, every classroom being equipped with interactive smartboards as well as tablets, iPads, kindles and laptops.

The school budget is healthy and allows staff to plan exciting real life learning for the children both on and off site.
