Location:                 Gravesend, Kent with some school travel within Kent.

Contract type:         29 hours per week.  Term Time plus 10 days (41 weeks a  year)

Contract term:         Permanent

Salary:                    £37,368 (pro rata to £26,050)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to take the next step and make their mark in a growing Multi-Academy Trust. We are looking for someone with the desire and tenacity to make an immediate impact throughout our organisation.

 

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Business Services you will be responsible for developing, managing and operating the HR systems that support our schools and the central offices.

 

As well as being operationally highly effective you will lead the trust in the strategic impact of HR policies and procedures in a way that supports your own career path.

Key Tasks

  • To establish centralised HR procedures and services.
  • To develop HR strategies, systems and policies aligned with our business objectives.
  • Provide advice, guidance and support to the trust executive team, Head Teachers and senior staff on employment related issues.
  • To become part of a team dedicated to Surrounding Children with Excellence.
