We are looking for an aspiring or experienced Headteacher with a proven track record in leadership to join Shears Green Junior School.

The school is a large four form entry school and is fortunate to share the grounds with the Little Owls pre-school and Shears Green Infant School. All three schools have a good working relationship and the new Head will be responsible for continuing and enhancing this relationship.

This position will give you the opportunity to develop our hardworking and talented staff by utilising your proven leadership skills, with the support of a dedicated and strong Governing body.
