Brunswick House is looking to appoint a high performing Teaching Assistant who has a minimum of two years experience of working with children to ensure they make the best possible progress.

You will have experience of delivering programmes to support a wide range of needs and will have a good understanding of how to motivate and inspire learners who require additional support.

The successful applicant will:

*Have NVQ Level 3 in childcare (minimum)

*Have excellent interpersonal skills

*Enjoy working with children and supporting the class teacher to address their needs.

*Be a team player

*Be flexible in their approach and have a positive work ethic

*Have a minimum of GCSE Grace C/equivalent in Maths & English

*Have lots of energy and a good sense of humour

*Have experience of working with children in educational settings (minimum 2 years experience)

*Be committed to the job and prepared to go the extra mile

*Have a good understanding of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
